This is very easy and delicious .It is good for any occasions but specially for christmas due to holiday colours . You can serve this with salad and a rice or pasta .

Ingredients
2 kg of salmon
2 yellow peppers
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 sliced onions
2 sliced tomatoes
Olive oil for brushing
5 potatoes ,peeled and sliced
Preparation
Season the salmon to taste. Cook potatoes until half cooked.
Take salmon to the oven and let it bake for about 40 minutes.
Then layer top with the peppers and onion, finally the potatoes and oil.
Cover with foil and bake for another 45 minutes.
Then remove the foil and serve hot.
