Ingredients
2 leeks
3 carrots
1 bag baby spinach
1 packet of fresh green beans or brocolli
3 small potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup rice
Water or broth
250 ml cream
Preparation
Mince the leeks, carrots and asparagus. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Brown the leeks in butter to soften them. Add the carrots and beans at the end of the leek cooking.
Put water up to half of the pot or broth to fill the vegetables , then add the potatoes, rice and spinach.
Cook until rice and vegetables are tender. Add cream and serve warm.
