Christmas, or any other reason for celebration, is an ideal time to cook different dishes, with ingredients that we are not used to using on a daily basis . Starters, firsts, seconds and desserts .Christmas meals invite you to eat exquisite dishes, many of them traditional recipes that are eaten only at Christmas, such as turkey, plum pudding or nougat.
This is a side dish for Christmas . It is a dish that everyone, children and adults, likes and is a classic of these holidays. However, if you are pregnant, you must remember that you should take certain precautions with food.

Ingredients
16 large prawns
2 glasses of water
Sweet paprika
Lemon juice
1 Bay leaf
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon of sweet or hot paprika
a splash of brandy or skip if you do not like
1 glass of seafood or fish broth
Preparation
In a saucepan, put the bay leaf , the water and half a tbsp of lemon juice. Add the paprika and salt and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the prawns and cook for five minutes. Drain the prawns, reserve the broth and keep them in a place where they do not dry out.
Then, melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion for at least three minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, let it cook a little and add the paprika and flour. Famble with a little brandy and add half a ladle of the prawn cooking broth and the hot broth.
Cook slowly for about 10 minutes without stopping stirring. Turn off the heat and pass the mixer through the sieve and add it to a plate .
Add prawns to it and season well.
