Christmas omlet rice



Christmas omelet rice (omletter) is a nice christmas breakfast dish of japanese cuisine.This dish combines carbohydrate rich rice with protien rich eggs .So it is a nice savoury Christmas breakfast dish with lots of nutrients .

This also can be serve in a festive way by write a christmas wish on omlet and arrange vegetables nicely .Your kids wil surely love it .

Ingredients 

300g of cooked rice

100g of chicken thigh

1 /2 onion

1 green pepper

3-4 tbsp tomato ketchup 

1 tablespoon cooking oil

3 eggs 

1 tablespoon of butter

Salt and pepper

Brocolli and pepper to decoarate


Cut chicken, onions and peppers into 1 cm squares. Divide the broccoli for decoration into small bunches, cut the peppers into the desired shape, and boil the broccoli and peppers in salted water.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken, onions, and peppers in that order, and add the tomato ketchup when cooked.

Add warm rice, stir fry quickly over high heat while mixing, add salt and pepper to taste, and remove.

Melt the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, cook half the egg into a soft omlet, and wrap half the rice in to shape .

Serve on a plate, write a wish with tomato ketchup, and decorate with broccoli and peppers. Make the rest  of eggs in the same way.

 *** When using freshly cooked rice, move it to a container for about 5 minutes and lightly remove the water to prevent stickiness. When using cold rice, lightly warm it in a microwave oven and add it to make it easier to mix .
