Christmas gumdrops

 



Gumdrops or jujubes, I think they are perfect for any time of year. But I especially love all the flavors together. They would be a great Christmas gift .


Homemade gum drops are a fun and tasty science experiment you can do on holidays.This 3-Ingredient Jujube Recipe is so delicious and easy to make, it can be quite addicting!



Quantity;36 

Cooking time; 5 minutes 

Total time ; 11/2 hour 


Ingredients


1 sachet of raspberry or lime jelly powder , 85 g


2 packets of unflavored gelatin, 7 g each


1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar


Instructions 

In a saucepan, pour 180 ml (3/4 cup) of water. Add jelly powder and gelatin. Stir. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Divide the preparation into Christmas moulds .Refrigerate 1 hour.

Place the sugar in a deep plate.

Unmold the jujubes, then coat them with sugar.

Don't have a jujube mold? You can use a cookie cutter! To do this, pour the liquid preparation into a glass dish and wait for everything to freeze in the fridge, about 1 hour. Then cut jujubes with a cookie cutter.
