Christmas fish casserole

INGREDIENTS

8 fish tenderloins to taste without skin and bones

1,300 kg peeled potatoes

40 g of butter

two beaten eggs

150 ml of milk

6 soup spoons mayonnaise

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper

Chopped parsley

Breadcrumbs 



 INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the potatoes in half, wash them and cook them in water seasoned with salt for 20 minutes. Season the fish tenderloins with salt and lemon juice. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Drain the potatoes, puree them, add the butter and stir well. Add the milk and beaten eggs, mix well, rectify the salt and season with a pinch of pepper. Pour half the puree into a  tray and spread well.

Add 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise to the tenderloins, season  well, then pass them through breadcrumbs and arrange them on top of the puree. Cover with the rest of the puree, smooth well, spread the remaining mayonnaise and bake for 20 minutes.

 Remove and serve hot and decorated with parsley .
