This is an easy festive christmas pasta idea . This is made with a creamy and festive cream cheese sauce .It is vegetarian and perfect for any festive meals .I suggest to make these when you make a roasted chicken . Prepare it with some spicy taste .You can serve this with your favorite white wine .It would be a very enjoyable dinner .

Ingredients
1 Green bell pepper, washed, seeded and cut into strips
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 Packet of flat noodles
300 ml evarapoted milk
200 g cream cheese
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
Instructions
For the sauce, blend the Evaporated Milk with the following 4 ingredients (cream cheese, ground cinnamon, chicken bouillon powder, water) and heat for 10 minutes or until it thickens slightly, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.
In a pan fry peppers in oil.
Mix the fettuccini, previously cooked and drained with the sauce.
Add the peppers, pine nuts and mix.
