Christmas cacciatore

 Kick off your Christmas celebrations with this delicious and hearty cacciatore. How to make


 1 can of Basic Tomato Sauce (295g)

9 chicken wings

1 can of canned or blanched mushrooms

White wine or broth about 1/3 cup

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

parsley

To serve

Assorted vegetables cut into stars

Cooked white rice


Preparation


 Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken wings, heat olive oil in a frying pan, and fry well.

Add wine , basic tomato sauce and mushrooms, and when it boils, simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, and add salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley and turn off the heat .

 Place over rice and top with star-shaped vegetables
