A polish style vegetarian christmas eve idea with less ingredients . In this recipe we use vegetable powder to season casserole .
Preparation time ;45 minutes

1 kg of cooked potatoes
2 medium onions,sliced
50 g grams of mushrooms
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 cup of cream
mushroom broth (you can use chicken broth)
vegetable powder
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the cooked potatoes into slices.
Fry the onion with the mushrooms in oil.
In an ovenproof dish, lay out potatoes, mushrooms with onion and sliced eggs.
Pour cream with Vegetable powder and mushroom broth. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
