Christmas cinnamon rolls

 




 

Christmas cinnamon rolls are a great occasion to invite guests for a cup of tea with aromatic dried herbs. And the aroma of buns of Christmas buns will fill the house with warmth and comfort.

Cooking time ; 2 hours

serves  ; 4


Flour 400 g

Milk 200 ml

Sugar 100 g

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. 

Ground cinnamon1 tbsp. l.

Powdered sugar (for dusting)1 tbsp. l.

Dry yeast 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp


Preparation


Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

Let the yeast swell.

Add the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Add oil, salt and flour.

Knead the dough and heat for 1 hour.

Knead the matched dough and divide it into pieces.

Roll into balls from each part and place in a greased baking sheet.

Remove to heat for another 20 minutes.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.

Grease the finished hot buns with sugar water (2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of sugar). 

Put on a dish and cool completely.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Christmas cinnamon rolls are ready.
