Easy christmas granola

This is  easy granola for holidays .Store in a jar and add milk when serve .Remember to add neutral oil or melted butter to the  granola and do not add oils like coconut oil.This is full of nutrition and children will love it because crunchiness .Even people who hate oats  will also love this .

preparation time ; 20 minutes






120 g honey or melted sugar
200 g fine oat flakes
100 g  chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger bread spice ( cinamon, cloves ,cardamom and nutmeg)
3 tbsp  melted butter or flavorless oil
50 g dried cranberries or raisins

Heat the honey in a saucepan. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Preheat oven to top / bottom heat about 160 ° C or hot air around 140 ° C


Mix all dry ingredients except the cranberries in a mixing bowl. Add cooking oil and warm honey and mix well. Put the mixture on the baking paper, distribute evenly and press to a large plate. Bake about 25 minutes until oat became like crumbles .

Let the muesli cool down on a baking tray on a wire rack. Break into larger or smaller pieces as desired and mix with the cranberries.
