Christmas verrines with shrimps

Verrines are a French  appetizer served in glasses and it is one of the most beautiful appetizer in the world .These festive verrines are made with shrimps ,potatoes  and cream cheese .You can use  less sweet  or plain , thick yoghurt instead of cream cheese .But it would be less rich .

You should use plain white short glasses to make  verrines .

preparation time ; 10 minutes

Cooked shrimps
30
1 jar of cream cheese
Salt and pepper
 1 / 2 cup of Fresh dill or parsley
  2   cooked   potatoes
 a few leaves of Parsley or coriander

*** you can use less sweet or plain thick yoghurt instead of cream cheese .


Shell the shrimp if they still have their shell.

Clean the potatoes and  cook them ,  peel and cut it into small pieces.

In the bowl of the mixer, put the cream cheese, herbs,  potatoes, salt and pepper.

Mix, adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Place 2 shrimp at the bottom of each  glasses , pour 1 tablespoon of cream and 1 shrimp on top. Decorate with a small green  herb leaf . Keep fresh until ready to serve.
