Christmas tuna lasagna

Tuna is protein rich food good for Christmas eve if you abstain from meat . Previously i gave you the Christmas tuna pasta recipe .

This can be made using boiled fresh fish instead of tuna .
I make this lasagna without oven by layering this pasta sauce with homemade lasagna sheets in a  skillet and cook in low flame . You can also  use thin  pancakes instead of lasagna sheets to make this dish.
How to make homemade lasagna sheets
Mix 400 g plain flour with 2 eggs and salt .Then add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and water to form a ball .Knead to a ball and leave aside for 30 minutes .Roll it to sheets on a floured surface .Cut in to sheets and store until use to make lasagna .
