christmas quiche



A french style breakfast treat for holidays .We do not add eggs to this like other quiches .Instead we fill it with a meat mixture and grated cheese .Add baked eggplants to quiche after baking the pie if you are a eggplant lover .

Puff pastry to cover the pie mold
100 g Swiss cheese
250 g minced meat
1 green pepper
Finely chopped onion
Oil
Salt and pepper

1.In a frying pan, heat the oil. Add the onions and brown them.
2.Add the minced meat, salt and pepper then stir. Add the green pepper rings and cook for 10 min over medium heat.
3.Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
4.Place the dough in a pie pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and cook the dough blank, that is to say cook it on its own without garnish for 15 min at 180 ° C.
5.Take the pie out of the oven. Pour the meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15 min.
