This is the best way to use honey during holidays .Using this instead normal honey will improve the festive flavor of your pancakes ,cakes and ice creams .Simply use melted and little browned sugar if you do not have .This will also good for molasses .
500 g blossom honey (lighter)
1 pod (s) of vanilla or vanilla extract
2 sticks of cinnamon
4 of cloves
2 Cardamom
4 of star anise
8 peppercorns
1/2 lemon (zest of it)
preparation
For the Christmas honey, pour the honey into two decorative closable jars, add all the spices and stir well. Leave for 3-4 weeks.
