This is a very different version of cordon bleau .We use apples that normally not using in normal cordon bleau .
We also make gingerbread spiced breadcrumbs to make this delicious meat dish .
4 chicken cutlets
2 orange red apples
300 g of fine breadcrumbs
1 tsp of gingerbread spices ( cinamon ,cloves ,cinamon and nutmeg )
1 tsp of salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp cinamon powder
2 eggs
100g of flour
250 ml sunflower oil
salt and pepper
*** you can use turkey cutlets instead of chicken cutlets
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
Toast breadcrumbs in a pan .
Mix breadcrumbs with spices ,salt and pepper .
Take the turkey cutlets and open them in the wallet. In the "pocket" insert the cubed apples and season the whole.
. Arrange gingerbread on a plate. In another place the flour and in a bowl the beaten eggs.
Heat the oil in a pan then take the cutlets one by one by dipping them in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the spicy crumbs.
Place them in the pan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side. If necessary, finish cooking in the oven.
