An easy dish to serve with ham or turkey or chicken roast . Use cooked sausages instead of ham.We use different fruits to make it festive .

1 tablespoon of salt
500 g of elbow pasta
2 1/4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream or more yoghurt
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups pineapple in syrup, diced
1/2 cups ham, diced
1/2 cups green seedless grape, cut in half or cubed green apple
1/2 cup diced mixed colour apples
1/4 cups dried cranberry or raisins
1/4 cups toasted nuts
Cook pasta 10 mins Low Heat the water in a pot until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt and cook the pasta until it is al dente.
Strain the pasta, bathe with cold water and olive oil. Reservation. In a bowl add the yogurt with the cream and mix with a little salt, add the pasta.
Add the pineapple, ham, apple, grape, cranberry, and nuts. Serve the salad and enjoy
