Christmas wafer is a central European Christian Christmas tradition celebrated in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and in some parts of Slovakia during Wigilia, also known as Christmas Eve Vigil.
75ml of milk
90 g of powdered sugar
30 g of butter
230 g plain flour
1 egg
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Mix milk, sugar, melted butter, flour, eggs and vanilla sugar.
Heat the wafer baking mold, spread with melted butter, pour a little dough on it and slowly compress the mold.
Then bake the wafers on both sides over the fire. Remove the baked wafers from the mold with a knife and place them on a roll so that they do not heat up.
