Christmas vanilla cupcakes




This is a recipe for christmas vanilla cupcake frosted with a creamy cupcakes .We use mascarpone and cream to make the frosting .Pipe the frosting using a preferred nossle .

I also give links to make homemade mascarpone and cream .We decorate it with rosemary sprigs for a nice look.



200 g plain flour
160 g sugar crystals 
100 g butter
50 ml of milk
2 of eggs
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
0.50 pcs vanilla pod or vanilla extract 
1 pinch of salt
fresh rosemary , sprigs for decoration
For cream:
400 g mascarpone,Homemade mascarpone
100 ml whipping cream,Homemade whipped cream
30 g icing sugar
0.50 pcs vanilla pod or vanilla extract 

Beat the butter along with the sugar. Add eggs and seeds carved out of one half of the vanilla pod. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Then add this mixture to the ingredients from the first step. Finally, add the milk and mix the mixture into the dough.


Line the cupcake molds with paper cupcakes and fill with dough to about three quarters. Bake the cupcakes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about twenty minutes.

While the cupcakes are being baked, prepare the cream. Mix the seeds from the other half of the vanilla pod with the cream and beat. Then carefully mix into the mascarpone. Sweeten with icing sugar to taste.


Fill the finished cream into decorative bags and apply to the cooled cupkakes. Finally, you can decorate them with a sprig of rosemary or confectionery decoration according to your imagination.
