Christmas roasted chicken

A less ingredient christmas poultry dish for chicken lovers .This is spiced with christmas spices and oranges .
If you cannot find clementine use another type of rich oranges .We specially add  clementine for a christmas flavour .

1200-1500 g whole chicken
400 ml chicken broth
For the marinade
4 tbsp oils
2 clementine oranges - peel and juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 piece fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic
3 pinches salt and pepper



In a small bowl, mix the oil, grated ginger, cinnamon, crushed garlic, juice and grated clementine peel, salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken in several places with a sharp knife.
Rub the marinade thoroughly into the chicken and under the skin. You can bake right away, but it is better to leave the chicken in the cold for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Place the chicken in a baking dish, cover with broth and bake covered for 50 - 60 minutes.
