24 oysters
1 lemon juice
4 Dill sprigs
1 tsp. tablespoons shallot minced with vinegar
1 tsp. peppercorns

In a small bowl, mix the shallot vinegar, lemon juice and a pinch of pink pepper . Add the stripped dill.
In a skillet, heat the butter. Sear the sausages 10 min on each side. Salt and cut them in slices. Sprinkle with a pinch of crushed peppers.
Serve the sausages immediately, accompanied by fresh oysters topped with lemon sauce.
