christmas ice cream cups




An easy christmas vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup .We use condended milk for a milky flavor in the ice cream .

3 large spoons of
chocolate powder
2 large spoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of margarine
3 tablespoons of milk

Preparation method syrup

Put all the ingredients on the fire. Leave until a syrup forms.
Caramelise a central hole pan with this syrup and refrigerate. Reserve.
Ice Cream Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk
1 can (same size) of milk
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 can of cream 

Preparation Ice Cream

Take the condensed milk, the same measure of milk and the 3 egg yolks to thicken, without boiling and stirring constantly. Separate and let cool.
Beat 3 egg whites, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and continue to beat.
Then add the cream. Mix everything with the other cold cream, put in the caramelized form and freeze until hard.
Unmold so that the chocolate sauce falls over the ice cream.
Garnish with chocolate sauce and candied fruit if you like .
