Christmas cheesecake



This is an easy cheesecake for Christmas without fruit and nuts . We use cream ,mascarpone and ricotta to make this. If you can't find mascarpone or sour cream  I add links to make them at home. 
Decorate with your favourite candies and fruits.

ingredients

200 g wholegrain Digestive biscuits 
70 g butter
Filling
300g mascarpone, Homemade mascarpone
300 g cottage or paneer or ricotta ,Homemade cottage cheese
250 ml sour cream or ,Homemade sour cream
3  of eggs
200 g icing sugar
1 tsp  vanilla sugar or sugar +vanilla extract or powder 
lemon juice from half a lemon

preparation 

Crush the biscuits and mix them into the melted butter. Press the mixture into a round opening mold for a cake with the bottom lined with baking paper. Put in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes.

Mix mascarpone, cottage cheese (or Lucina), sour cream, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and lemon juice. Pour this mixture onto a baked biscuit base. Put in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes (we do not open the oven during baking).

Check that the edges of the cake are firm, in the middle it should shake like pudding. Let the cake cool in an open oven, then let it cool in the fridge for a few hours.
