Christmas baked tea


The fruits are mixed and cooked in the oven until be like a jam .Next dissolve this fruit mixture to make the festive tea .  We use apple ,orange ,pear and raspberry to make this .

For a non alcoholic version use apple or orange juice instead of rum.Serve with Christmas cake or cookies .

Wash the apples and pears and cut them with the skin into the same cubes of about an inch, which we put in a larger bowl. Peel a tangerine, divide it into pieces and add to a bowl. Instead of tangerine we can use orange. Next, add washed raspberries, sugar, cinnamon, rum, lemon juice, cloves and mix everything thoroughly.

Transfer the prepared mixture to a baking dish with a lid and place in a preheated oven at 200 ° C and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes. During baking, mix about 2-3 times. Before baking the tea, prepare small jars.

After baking the tea, heat the glasses and fill them with a hot mixture. Close tightly, turn upside down and leave for 20 minutes. Then place them on the bottom and let them cool down. We can store the tea prepared in this way all winter.

We serve Christmas baked tea by putting 2-3 teaspoons in a cup and pouring hot water over it. Let it infuse and strain. I don't strain it, but we eat the fruit. He's good and it would be a shame to fire him.
