Christmas apple cake



An easy apple cake for christmas time with less ingredients.Remember to sprinkle with sugar and nuts before serving . Best for holiday tea party .

ingredients

1 cup of plain flour 
150 g sugar
 4 tbsp of sour cream or yoghurt
 1 orange
 vanilla bean or 1 tsp of vanilla 
1/2 tsp  baking soda

 80 g butter
 2 apples 
1 orange 
4 tbsp. Sugar 


For sprinkling and decorating:
