Christmas sundae

A easy and healthy sundae recipe with cream , quark and physalis .Physalis is golden berry type called golden gooseberry .I substituted tem with more mangoes.

preparation time ;30 minutes

1 Mango
1 can Mandarin oranges  (s) drained
1 small bowl Physalis /golden berries(Cape gooseberry),or use more mangoes
2 cups Whipped cream (250 ml each)
2 pack vanilla sugar
250 g lowfat quark or cream cheese
250 g Sour cream ,substitute with yoghurt
Spice shortcrust cookies
(Spice speculoos)
Cinnamon powder
ginger bread spice (Ginger and other spice powder)
Vanilla sugar or a little sugar with vanilla exract.

Peel and stone the mango, defoliate the physalis (and pick up one fruit per glass) and puree together with the mandarins.

Roll the speculums (amount according to personal taste) in the freezer bag with a rolling pin very finely. Whisk both cups of whipped cream stiffly separately with a packet of vanilla sugar, whip up additional cinnamon (amount to taste) with one cup.

Divide the cream without cinnamon. Lift half under the quark and mix with about 2 - 3 tablespoons of fruit puree. Fold the other half under the sour cream and season with gingerbread seasoning (amount to taste).

Now layer the dessert in glasses. First fruit puree, then gingerbread cream, speculoos.
