Christmas pate



A salmon pate with a christmas twist to serve during christmas.

You can make this with any fresh fish .This is a very easy , meatless and cheap .But if you like use chicken or turkey .Serve with bread toast or salty crackers .


preparation time ; 15 minutes 

1 cup of water
1 small onion cut into cubes
1 teaspoon of salt
1 / 2kg of fresh salmon cut into pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method of preparation


In a small saucepan, combine water, onion, salt and salmon.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Drain and let cool.

Shred the salmon and place it in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, parsley and mix well.
Serve cold with assorted toast or breads.

Tip : You can replace the salmon with cooked chicken or shredded smoked turkey breast.
