A different but typical latin style apple salad to serve as a holiday dessert .It is made with sour cream ,pineapple , nuts , raisins and condended milk .If you use fresh pineapple , cook it in sugar syrup before adding to the salad .

Ingredients
8 golden apples, peeled
1/2 liters of sour cream or yoghurt
1/2 cans of pineapple in syrup
10 walnuts, finely ground
a handful of raisins
1 can of condensed milk
Preparation
Dice all the apples, then cut the pineapple into triangles and mix them in a large bowl.
Add the ground walnut and raisins.
Add half a liter of cream, half the syrup from the pineapple can and the condensed milk so that it is not very liquid.
Stir everything until a uniform mixture is reached .Garnish with cherries if desired.
