ingredients
2 cans of tuna in oil, drained
1 small onion cut into slices
40 g of chopped bacon
100 g of diced ham
Unripe whole cherry tomatoes as needed
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
150 g of coarse grated mozzarella cheese
1 can of sour cream
1 sazon seasoning package of your choice
Raisins
Oregano and parsley to sprinkle
salt to taste
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, place the tuna, onion, bacon, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Stir well, being careful not to squeeze the tomatoes.
Right after that, place the rest of the ingredients, and half of the cheese. You don't need to cook a lot, as it will be in the oven.
Spread this mixture over a long baking dish, the goal is to make a fine gratin. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, oregano and parsley before placing in the oven.
It should be kept in a medium-high oven until browned.
